Key Features

Technology

Forging is a kind of pressure on the metal material by forging machinery, to obtain a certain mechanical property, shape and size of forging plastic deformation.

Material

Which includes several alloy elements, having great rigidity, tenacity, thus to guarantee the metal wear-resistance, after forging process, the metal mechanical properties are much better than casting, thus forging bucket teeth are more wear-resistant and longer durable.

Performance

Our forging bucket teeth are widely applied in rock digging, ice-breaking and mine-digging, earth-moving and other severe working environments, highly increase the working efficiency, and decrease the replacement and maintenance cost.

Types of Hyundai Bucket Teeths Available

Trenching bucket

As the name suggests, these buckets are designed for digging trenches. They have a narrow profile and curved bottom, which helps them cut through compacted soil more easily.

Ditching buckets

Similar to trenching buckets, ditching buckets are also designed for digging trenches; however, they have a flatter bottom that helps them move material out of the trench more easily.

Grading bucket

These buckets are usually wider than other types of excavator buckets and have a pointed front edge that helps with grading and levelling soil.

Clearing bucket

These buckets have a large capacity and are often used for clearing away debris or large rocks.

Process

The first step is to create a design for the bucket teeth. This is done with the help of computer-aided design (CAD) software that helps to design the part with all the necessary measurements.

The second step is to prepare the molten metal. This is done by melting the alloy in a furnace. The furnace is heated to the required temperature, and the metal is melted to its liquid state.

The third step is to cool the molten metal. After pouring the molten metal into the mold, it is allowed to cool down. Cooling times may vary depending on the size of the part and the type of alloy being used.

Once the molten metal has cooled down and solidified, the mold is removed to reveal the nearly finished bucket tooth.

FAQ

Q: How can I be sure the part will fit my excavator?

A: Give us correct model number/machine serial number/ any numbers on the parts itself. Or measure the parts give us dimension or drawing.

Q: How about the payment terms?

A: We usually accept T/T or L/C. other terms also could be negotiated.

Q: What is your minimum order?

A: It depends on what you are buying. Normally, we don't have MOQ request.

Q: What is your delivery time?

A: We have a perfect QC system for the perfect products. A team who will detect the product quality and specification piece carefully, monitoring every production process until packing is complete, to ensure product safety into container.

Q: Can offer the sample ?

A: For forged bucket teeth we can offer free sample, but the clients need bear the freight.

Q: Are bucket teeth worth it?

A: Digging buckets fitted with teeth are ideal for digging through and breaking up compact materials like soil and sedimentary rock. The small, serrated teeth although you to maximise your machines power by putting all the power of the machine through the small end points and into the ground.

Q: What is the hardness of bucket teeth?

A: Through-Hardened Alloy Steel: This is the standard "mild" bucket tooth material made from medium-carbon steel that is through-hardened to 35-45 HRC on the Rockwell scale. It provides good all-around impact and abrasion resistance for general earthmoving applications.

Q: Is a tooth bucket better than a smooth skid steer?

A: If you find yourself facing challenging digging conditions or working with stubborn materials, the tooth bucket is your reliable companion. However, if your project calls for smooth, precise operations, the smooth bucket would be ideal for you.

Q: How thick is the steel on a skid steer bucket?

A: The bucket is built with a Grade 50 Steel Shell that is 3/16” thick with a 3/8” leading side edge, 1/4” Quick Tach Plate, 5/8” x 6” weld on cutting edge with holes to accept a bolt on cutting edge, 5/8” x 3” Wear Runner Skids to extend bucket life.
