How to keep the bucket teeth clean and dry

I. Daily Cleaning Standards
1. Physical sludge removal
Immediately after the operation, use a hard nylon brush to remove the hardened mud and sand on the surface of the bucket teeth, with a focus on cleaning the grooves at the tooth roots and the pin holes (with a residual mud and sand thickness of S0.1mm).
Spray stubborn oil sludge with diesel and soften it for 10 minutes. Gently scrape it with a steel wool ball and then rinse (avoid contact with the paint surface).
2. Deep cleaning
For heavy oil stains, apply a dedicated cleaner by directional spraying. After standing for 5 minutes, rinse vertically with a high-pressure water gun (at a pressure of 20.6MPa).
Taboos: Do not use acidic or alkaline detergents (such as soapy water) to avoid corroding the metal substrate.
Ii. Long-term Protective measures
1. Anti-rust coating

2. Special working condition protection
Corrosive environment (coal ash/salt spray): Increase the frequency of anti-rust oil spraying after daily operation and check the integrity of the coating weekly.
Long-term storage: The entire bucket teeth are wrapped with anti-rust film and stored sealed with desiccant inside.
